This Safety Self-Assessment serves as an environmental scan for your organization. It is designed to elicit staff insight on trauma-informed care principles and how they are implemented within your organization.

Institute for the Advancement of Family Support Professionals

The Institute for the Advancement of Family Support Professionals (The Institute) provides free educational resources such as self-paced online modules and a personalized “career compass” for a variety of family support professionals, including home visitors. All PICHC CHWs and CHW supervisors should take the pre-assessment to create their Career Compass and start their learning journey. See the Training & Events page for recordings of two webinars that the PICHC CCA conducted for both PICHC CHWs and CHW Supervisors to orient PICHC staff to the Institute. [Click here to get started at the Institute!]
